For 10 years, Dahua Battery has specialized in the R&D, manufacture, and marketing of sealed lead-acid batteries. Our product line covers VRLA batteries, motorcycle batteries, and dry-charged or maintenance-free automotive batteries. We can output over 2 million units each month, with 60% of them marketed to North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, generating $50 million in annual sales in 2008.
We have invested $36 million in our 150, 000-square-meter facility, with 1, 800 staff working on 25 production lines. We utilize US-procured battery production equipment and computerized testing devices. To ensure every piece you receive is up to your standards, we source APS resin and electronic components from South Korea and Japan, pole board additives from the US, and security valves and terminals from Taiwan. A QC team of 100 engineers conduct piece-by-piece inspection, ensuring every piece meets JIS and DIN standards.
